These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FreshEaze website, mobile website, applications, content, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by FreshEaze ("FreshEaze", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing through our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies published on the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

1. About FreshEaze

FreshEaze operates an online marketplace that enables customers to discover and purchase products offered by FreshEaze and third-party brands, sellers, manufacturers, distributors, and vendors ("Vendors").

FreshEaze facilitates the listing, marketing, sale, payment processing, and delivery coordination of products. Products available through the Services may be supplied directly by FreshEaze or by independent Vendors.

While we strive to work with reputable Vendors, FreshEaze does not manufacture, test, endorse, or guarantee every product listed on the platform unless expressly stated.

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority under applicable law to access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Nutritional information, ingredient lists, usage instructions, certifications, and claims are provided by the respective Vendor or manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, allergen information, usage instructions, and warnings before consumption or use.

Individuals with allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, pets with special dietary requirements, or other sensitivities should consult an appropriate healthcare professional or veterinarian before use. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

5. Vendor Responsibility

Where products are supplied by third-party Vendors:

  • Product quality remains the responsibility of the respective Vendor or manufacturer.
  • Product descriptions, ingredient declarations, certifications, claims, warranties, and compliance information are supplied by the Vendor.
  • FreshEaze does not independently verify every claim made by Vendors.

FreshEaze reserves the right to remove products or Vendors from the platform at its discretion.

6. Pricing and Payments

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
    • Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
    • Shipping charges may be charged separately.
    • Prices may change without notice.

    Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

    FreshEaze does not store complete debit card details, credit card details, CVV numbers, banking credentials, or UPI PINs.

    We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, technical errors, fraud concerns, or inventory issues.

    7. Orders and Order Acceptance

    Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products.

    An order is deemed accepted only when:

    • Payment is successfully authorised or received; and
    • An order confirmation is issued.

    FreshEaze reserves the right to:

    • Reject or cancel orders.
    • Limit quantities purchased.
    • Verify customer information.
    • Refuse transactions suspected to involve fraud or misuse.

    Where an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed in accordance with applicable policies.

    8. Shipping and Delivery

    Shipping timelines are estimates only.

    Delivery may be affected by:

    • Force majeure events

    FreshEaze is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its reasonable control.

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

    Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, non-acceptance of deliveries, or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

    9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

    Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and related matters are governed by the FreshEaze Return & Refund Policy.

    By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Return & Refund Policy.

    10. Customer Accounts

    If you create an account, you are responsible for:

    FreshEaze shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard account credentials.

    You agree that submitted content:

    By submitting content, you grant FreshEaze a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, modify, and distribute such content for business, promotional, and operational purposes. FreshEaze reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.

    All content available through the Services, including text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, website content, software and design elements, is the property of FreshEaze or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

    Many products offered through FreshEaze relate to food, nutrition, wellness, personal care, supplements, natural products, pet care, and lifestyle categories.
