Usage:
Local Sparrow's Cold pressed sesame oil has a low smoking point and hence, is not suitable for deep frying or high temperature cooking. It is excellent for satueing, stir fried veggies or in salad dressings. Mostly used in South Indian cuisine in India, it is also a popular choice of oil in many South Asian recipes.

Cold pressed sesame oil has been traditionally used in Ayurveda for Abhyana Snan or body massage for its excellent recovery and healing properties. It can be used for body or hair massage as it is great for both!

Cold pressed sesame oil is also used for oil pulling and is known to reduce a variety of oral health issues.
