Our saffron partner's family has been proudly growing saffron for atleast three generations - the thick, long strands, the natural deep red color and strong aroma are unique to Kashmir Kesar. Grown in the historically famous saffron district of Pampore, our Kashmiri Kesar is bound to blow your mind! Freshly harvested, chemical and color free, one whiff of our Kashmir kesar is enough to experience its luxurious aroma & fine taste.

Usage:
Also known as Red Gold, you can use these crimson red strands in a glass of milk, kheer/puddings/payasams or in savoury items like biryanis, pulaos, broths and brews. Soaking raisins along with a couple of kesar strands is also known to be great for hormonal health.
